Meet Amanda Lancaster of Veghead Farm! She is working 7 days a week to bring fresh organic produce to your table.
She is at the Kanata Farmers Market (Centrum) on Saturdays 9-3pm until end of October, and at Ottawa Farmers Market in Barrhaven on Sundays from 10-2pm.
She also has delivery/pickup options for you to ensure you have the freshest healthiest produce available your family. Please check out her website www.vegheadfarm.ca or on Instagram @vegheadfarm

We’re super excited to offer 3 hiphop workshops this summer, all taught by guest teachers from Culture Shock Ottawa 🙌
Join us on any of the following dates from 7-8:30PM:
🌟July 18th - Ayah’s Workshop (ages 10+)
🌟August 1st - Matt’s Workshop (ages 12+)
🌟August 8th - Josie’s Workshop (ages 12+)

Each workshop is $30 and will cover
beginner-intermediate material.

And that’s a wrap for Summit Dance Challenge! Congratulations to our amazing dance team for their achievements this weekend 🙌
Here are a few highlights:
🌟Special award “MCs in the House” for Tell the Vision
🌟Miss Ryleigh and Galaxies received an acro scholarship for the studio to help us continue to grow our acro program
🌟Tell the Vision was awarded top score of our studio receiving an invitation to the SDC Nationals
🌟Claire Caulder received a dancer scholarship for her outstanding work this weekend

And last but not least… a HUGE shoutout to the graduates on our team this year, Sydney Pratt and Elizabeth Miller 🎓
We are so proud of you both and your accomplishments!
