AGES 7+
Used in conjunction with our Modern Theatre program, this class works on flexibility, strength and beginner Acrobatic movements(cartwheels, walkovers, somersaults etc). Students will work in a safe environment to become comfortable and proficient in Acrobatic movement in order to incorporate them in to their dance choreography.

BALLET FOUNDATIONS I (3 – 4 YRS)
A 45 minute introductory class that builds on foundations of the classical ballet, acro, jazz, and lyrical genres. This class uses a variety of musical styles, props, and techniques to develop musicality, imagination, and performance.
BALLET FOUNDATIONS II (4 – 6/7 YRS)
A 45 minute class building on our 3-4 year old introductory class. This class delves deeper into the classical ballet / modern / acro techniques, preparing children for examination opportunities in the future.

BALLET GRADES PRIMARY – ADVANCED (7 YRS+)
Following the RAD syllabus, children have the opportunity to train and execute annual examinations and assessments at graded and vocational levels.

Set to fast paced popular music, jazz classes follow the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing(ISTD) Modern Theatre Jazz syllabus. Elevation, kicks and turning are incorporated into dance movement. An excellent addition to those students studying ballet

Ages 6 and up
This ever-changing style uses a wide range of quick movements set to current popular music. It allows for freedom of expression and interpretation. A great choice for those students taking only one form of dance as well as those wanting variety in their dance education

AGES 13 MTHS – 3 YRS
A 30 minute introductory dance class for children and a parent/guardian.
Children are introduced to rhythm, singing, performance and movement while developing balance and gross motor movement in an fun and musical environment.

Modern/Lyrical
Following the ISTD syllabus , this is an excellent choice for students wanting to explore a new genre to broaden their dance knowledge. It is the basis of movement seen in musical productions worldwide. Powerful travelling steps, high jumps, kicks and leaps, develop strength and increase flexibility.
